Paul Carroll has more than 25 years of managerial, financial and IS/IT experience in the private sector. Paul received a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with concentrations in mathematics & computer science. He went on to become a financial analyst in investment banking, Vice President of a security contracting company and Business Manager for an executive coaching firm and a hotel/resort, in each case developing the administrative, human resources, and technical systems for the companies. He currently owns and runs a business consulting & support ompany that provides managerial, financial, IS/IT, and real estate support services.
In the past, Paul has volunteered bookkeeping & financial consultant services to the nonprofit wish-granting foundation “For the Love of Life” in Boston for people living with HIV and AIDS. He first volunteered for Phoenix Pride Festival Setup Operations in 2005.
Paul has served Phoenix Pride as Parade Director 2005-2007, Vice President of Event Services 2007-08, and Treasurer 2008-2009. Paul was also the recipient of the 2006 & 2008 Pride President’s Awards. |
